All Globe lift tables incorporate the following quality standard features:
- Anti-friction bearings on all scissor
rollers to reduce power requirements.
- Self-lubricating bearings on all major
pivot points to extend lift table service life.
- Chrome-plated cylinder rods for extended
seal life.
- Sealed and coated hydraulic reservoir
lining to prevent oil contamination.
- Hydraulic suction line strainer to reduce
maintenance concerns.
- Hydraulic cylinders vented back to
hydraulic tank.
- Self-contained valve assemblies to reduce
fittings and leakage.
- NEMA 12 electric's.
- Totally enclosed motors.
- All units are finished with a primer coat
and two coats of equipment enamel.
- Operating and maintenance manual
included.
- Heavy duty steel platforms for long wear.
Globe Safety Features:
The safety of your employees is important so the following safety features are
included as standard equipment on all Globe lift tables:
- Pressure compensated flow control valves
at each cylinder for controlled descent in case of hydraulic system failure
to help protect personnel and loads.
- Scissor rollers encapsulated in
structural steel channels to prevent platform "kick-up" *
- Maintenance safety stops for service
personnel protection.
- "Maintained contact" type control
switches prevent lift movement without direct operator control.
