Sales Representatives. The company is a leader in developing engineering,
manufacturing and materials handling solutions for the Building Products and
Pulp and Paper Industries.
Sales
Representative will be responsible for generating new business and
developing solutions for our customers. The successful candidate must work
effectively as a liaison between customers and Globe sales/engineering.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Representative :
Identifies new market opportunities and prospects, exhibiting creativity and
initiative.
Pursues
new business opportunities/prospects aggressively and professionally.
Successfully closes new sales, and maintains relationships with customers.
Analyzes RFQ specifications and performance requirements.
Reviews proposals and prepares professional presentations.
Travels as needed to successfully accomplish the above.
Requirements
BS degree or
comparable training/schooling or four years related experience, engineering
or technical degree is a plus.
Four years experience in a manufacturing related environment.
Computer knowledge of AutoCAD (2007), Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated knowledge of Building Products Industry type equipment is
desired.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings.
Ability to collaborate with engineering project team and shop personnel to
ensure successful completion of projects.
Attention to detail with emphasis on project specifications.
Good written and verbal business communications skills.
Ability to be self directed and self motivated with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and meet strict timelines.
Ability to work in a team environment with diverse team members.
