A Manufacturer of Industrial Machines, Systems, and Plants for Advanced Composites, Building Products, and Pulp & Paper
The model above is configured with an additional backstop per bin, allowing for dual stacking. The central backstop can be raised to allow for larger panels. (See closeup configuration below)
Finished models are supplied with guarding, as shown on the left.
Globe Stackers can be configured as single or multiple bins. Units are customizable for length, width, and stack height.
Above: the backstop is raised to allow the panel to by-pass on its way to a different stack.
Left: the hoist is raised and accepting panels. As the hoist lowers, it will fit between and slightly lower than the rollers, resting the stack on the rollers for transfer to the conveyor.
Right: Rollers can be integrated into the elevator mechanism itself. The whole assembly will raise to accept panels and lower incrementally as they are stacked.
Scissor lift hoists are also available.
Flow controls in the air supply line keep the squaring patters in time so they contact the material simultaneously. This holds true for the accumulator arms as well.
