June marked a significant milestone for the Globe composites team, as they demonstrated the first fully automated process utilized to format continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) tape. Composite material suppliers, aerospace OEMs and tier one automotive and aerospace suppliers visited Globe in June to view the process. July will be similarly busy with scheduled customer and partner visits.
