Stocked with Essential Parts
Our warehouse is stocked with more than 20,000 parts. We strive to keep everything on hand that we consider a long lead item or a customer down item. If we know a customer is ordering a part multiple times a year, our goal is to stock it. This gives us an advantage and reassures the customer that the part is on hand when they need it.
As an OEM manufacturer, we make all our parts in-house. They are fully inspected and guaranteed to be the direct replacement that our customers are looking for. We want our customers to have the confidence that when they need a part, whether it’s during regular business hours or at two o’clock in the morning, it’s going to bolt right in and work. We have designed a web portal that is accessible anywhere you have internet. Each company has its own specific login and page. When they log in, they can see all their equipment, sales orders, purchase orders, and even videos on how to repair equipment. Experienced Service Technicians
Our service technicians are some of the best in the industry. Most of them have started out in the plant as assemblers, mechanics, welders, fitters, and have been with us for 30-40 years. They have not only built everything that we have out there, but they’ve also helped design them, work on them, and install them.
